Protect your LIvVE account

• Use a strong, unique password and do not reuse it on other services.
• Never give your password, verification code or recovery information to another member.
• Sign out on shared computers.
• Keep your account email current so you can receive legitimate account messages.

Protect your privacy

• Do not publish private addresses, payment details or credentials in chat, profiles or forums.
• Assume text, audio and video can be recorded by another participant.
• Review what is visible behind you before using video.
• Be cautious about moving conversations off-platform with people you do not know.

Files and links

Do not open unexpected files simply because they arrived through a LIvVE member connection. Scan downloads with current security software and check links before entering account credentials.

Mute, leave and report

If another member is disruptive, use available mute/block controls, leave the room if necessary, and use the site's current reporting/contact options for serious problems. You do not need to continue an unwanted conversation.
