Store Orders & Receipts
Understand payment, fulfilment, receipts, refunds and pending orders.
Read the two status fields separately
A Store order has a financial/payment status and a game-access fulfilment status. Payment can be complete even if fulfilment needs a retry.
Pending orders
An unpaid Pending order can normally be resumed with PayPal or cancelled from My Orders. Cancelling a local pending order does not override a legitimate payment already completing at PayPal; a later verified exact payment can restore the order to Paid so LIvVE does not receive money without delivering the product.
Receipts
View Receipt shows the order number/date, products, subtotal, promotion discount, total, payment information and fulfilment state. Use Print Receipt for a clean print view without navigation/sidebar controls.
Refunds and reversals
A full verified refund/reversal can revoke Store-granted access when it is safe to do so. Partial refunds do not automatically remove the entire game entitlement.
