What a lobby is

A lobby is the directory that groups rooms for a particular activity—general chat, voice/video, games, support or another LIvVE service area. Entering a lobby does not necessarily place you into a room; it gives you the list of rooms available there.

Navigate a lobby

1. Choose a lobby from the website or client.Availability can depend on account/subscription access.
2. Wait for the room list.The client shows rooms and their current population.
3. Select a room.Locked/password rooms may require extra permission.
4. Enter the room.The client switches from the lobby directory into the room/chat view.

If the lobby stops updating

Use the client refresh/reconnect action, then reconnect to LIvVE if necessary. Persistent problems can be caused by server availability, firewall/network filtering, or a stale client session.
