Using My Account
Manage your LIvVE profile, password, subscriptions, downloads and preferences.
Open My Account
- Sign in.Use your LIvVE member name and password.
- Choose My Account.The top navigation changes from Home to My Account when signed in.
- Open one menu group.The Account menu behaves as an accordion, so opening a group closes the previously open group.
What you can manage
Profile & PortraitControl the information and portrait other members can see.
PasswordChange the password used to sign in.
CustomizationChoose the website background, accent/buttons and navigation colours.
SubscriptionsReview current access or available upgrades where applicable.
DownloadsGet the current LIvVE software offered to your account.
Community toolsAccess role-specific account/community functions when your account has permission.
Save changes before leaving
Use the page's Save/Update button and wait for the confirmation message. If validation fails, correct the highlighted field and submit again.
