PRIVACY & DATA
LIvVE Privacy Policy
This policy describes how the current LIvVE.online website handles information used to provide accounts, community features, security and support.
1. Information you provide
When you create or manage a LIvVE account, we may receive information that you choose to provide, such as your Member Name, email address, profile information, account preferences, support requests, volunteer applications, event submissions, testimonials and other information you submit through LIvVE.online.
2. Account and security information
LIvVE processes information needed to secure your account and authenticate sign-ins. This can include session information, login attempts, Two-Factor Authenticator enrolment data, recovery-code status, remembered-device identifiers and security-related records. Where Google reCAPTCHA is enabled, technical information such as your IP address, browser and device information may be processed for abuse prevention and risk assessment.
3. Technical information and cookies
Our servers may record technical information associated with requests to LIvVE.online, including IP address, browser or device information, request time and pages requested. LIvVE also uses cookies and similar technologies for essential account sessions, form security and remembering your cookie choice. More detail is available in the Cookie Policy.
4. Subscriptions and transactions
When you use a paid subscription or another payment-related feature, LIvVE may keep subscription status, transaction references and information needed to administer the service. A third-party payment provider may process payment information under its own privacy terms. LIvVE should not be treated as the privacy-policy authority for a third-party payment website you choose to visit.
5. How information is used
Information may be used to provide and operate LIvVE services, maintain accounts, authenticate members, provide customer support, administer subscriptions, prevent fraud and abuse, enforce service rules, diagnose technical problems, improve site operation and comply with legal obligations.
6. When information may be disclosed
Information may be disclosed to service providers that perform functions needed to operate LIvVE, where required by law or valid legal process, or where reasonably necessary to protect LIvVE, its members, the public, or the integrity and security of the service. Third-party services are subject to their own privacy terms where applicable.
7. Retention and security
LIvVE keeps information for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, to operate or secure the service, resolve disputes, enforce agreements or meet legal obligations. LIvVE uses administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect account information, but no Internet service can guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices
You can update available account and profile information through the LIvVE account area. You can manage Two-Factor Authenticator settings from Account Security and change your cookie preference through Cookie Settings. If you need help with personal information associated with your account, contact LIvVE Support.
9. External services and links
LIvVE pages may link to third-party websites or services. Their collection and use of information is governed by their own policies. LIvVE does not control the privacy practices of an external website merely because LIvVE provides a link to it.
10. Changes to this policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated as LIvVE.online features, service providers or legal requirements change. The current version will be published on this page with an updated revision date.
