Event Host Program
Learn who can create events and how Event Host review works.
Who can create an event?
Only approved Event Hosts and Event Host Coordinators can submit events. Clicking Create a New Event as a normal member shows the Event Host Program information and a form for contacting the Event Host Coordinator rather than exposing the event form.

Submitted and waiting for Coordinator review.
Eligible to appear publicly.
Not approved for publication.
Will not take place.
Recurring series and conflicts
Event Hosts can create one-time, weekly, biweekly and monthly schedules. LIvVE checks for overlapping events in the same lobby and for the same host. A host can acknowledge a warning, but an unresolved conflict requires a Coordinator override before approval.
Editing an approved event
When a normal Event Host changes approved event details, the event can return to Pending so the revision is reviewed again. This prevents an approved listing from changing substantially without Coordinator review.
